What are your setup fees?

We don't believe in paying extra money for setup when it could be spent on other options. We're so sure you'll stick around, we're not charging any setup fees. Ever.

Do you provide a backup system for all of my data?

Absolutely! We will backup your site locally every day, and off site once a week free of charge. Please read our Terms of Service for complete details.

How can I manage my payments and support?

We've conveniently implemented a billing and support system so there would be no confusion! 100% of your accounts and add-ons will be displayed and/or managed within this system.

Is my content secure?

Your content is secure on our end but it is your responsibility to choose long and secure passwords. This keeps theives from gaining access to your account and potentially doing damage. Even if this were to take place because you chose an easy password, it's a good thing we've got you covered with our backups!

Are you hiring?

Sorry, but we're not hiring at this time. We do potentially hire every 6 months if need be. To apply, please email us and submit your resume and cover letter. We will keep your application on file for up to 12 months.
